Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service total.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once when rescheduled within the required notice period.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to receive the full experience of your service.
Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened to avoid impacting the next guest.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be subject to a cancellation fee.
Full service pricing still applies for shortened appointments due to late arrival.

No - Show Policy
No-shows greatly impact small businesses and prevent other clients from booking available appointments.
Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments.
Deposit Requirements
Services under $150 requires a $25 deposit
Services $150+ requires a $40 deposit
Deposits go toward the final service total.
